Westin grew up in Stillwater, Minnesota. His hobbies include skiing, snowmobiling in the mountains, hunting and camping. Growing up Westin worked for the family business that was also named Anderson Construction. His father and grandfather were both custom home builders and long time remodeling general contractor. Ask Westin about his dog Norman, a white German Shepherd.

Studied Project Management at MSU

Andrew grew up in Austin Texas, and later moved to Anchorage Alaska. Andrew brings polite manners and enthusiasm to the team. He played hockey in high school. Andrew enjoys riding dirt bikes in the mountains, hunting and flying airplanes. He is a son of a fighter pilot. Ask Andrew about his favorite airplane.

Studied Carpentry at Anderson Construction

Cavan grew up in Stillwater, Minnesota. He ski raced in high school, shot clay, and mountain biked. He has a passion for music and cooking. Cavan’s hobbies include skiing Bridger bowl on the weekend and bird hunting. He is a son of a salesman and a ski coach who also taught Westin how to race. Ask Cavan about his dinner plans.
